WHITE AND SKY BLUE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
These regulations are addressed to all customers of Biancoceleste SSD a rl (hereinafter the " Company ") who carry out sporting activities at the Padel-Zenter Scalo Farini facility in via Valtellina, n. 5, Milan, and are aimed at ensuring a safe, orderly and respectful environment, allowing everyone to use the facilities correctly.
Access to the facility implies full acceptance of the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the guest being removed from our facility.
1. Federation affiliation and medical certificate
The Company is affiliated with the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP) and carries out its activities in compliance with federal regulations.
To protect the health and safety of users, the practice of any sporting activity is permitted only to those in possession of a valid medical certificate, compliant with current legislation.
The certificate must be presented to the secretary's office and may be requested by staff at any time.
In the absence of the same, the Management reserves the right to deny access to the fields.
2. Use of changing rooms
Changing rooms are available to customers exclusively for changing and storing personal belongings, in compliance with the instructions displayed inside.
It is not permitted to change on the playing fields or in common areas, nor to bring jackets, bags, backpacks or other personal items not necessary for the sporting activity onto the fields.
The Company is not responsible for any theft or loss of items left unattended.
3. Behavior and respect for the rules
All guests are required to behave in a proper, polite, and respectful manner towards other guests, staff, and the facilities.
Offensive, aggressive, or behavior that compromises the safety and proper conduct of sporting activities is not permitted.
Appropriate attire is required.
It is mandatory to follow the instructions provided by the Secretariat staff.
4. Racket and sports equipment rental
The Sports Center offers a racket rental service for tennis, padel, and pickleball.
In the event of damage to the rented rackets, the customer will be required to pay 50% of their retail value. The price of the rackets can be found at the reception desk and/or in the shop located within the facility.
To use the rental service, you must deposit a valid ID, which must be left at the reception desk and will be returned when you return the rackets.
5. Use of playing fields
Access to the courts is permitted only to registered and registered users.
It is mandatory to wear appropriate sportswear and footwear suitable for the discipline practiced.
The fields must be used only for the planned sporting activities and in compliance with the rules of the game.
6. Reservations and punctuality
Please respect the reservation times. Any delays will not entitle you to make up your playing time.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the booking time.
Failure to comply with this deadline will result in full payment for the booked service, with no exceptions.
7. Safety and responsibility
The Sports Center reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these rules or behaves in a manner that could jeopardize their own or others' safety.
Because your safety is our top priority, we do not allow the use of tableware or glassware outside the bar area unless authorized by us.
To ensure the safety of all guests, please pay particular attention to all health and safety signs posted throughout our facility. If you do not understand the meaning of a sign, please contact our staff.
Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the facility. In the event of a fire or the alarm goes off, please exit through the nearest exit possible and go to the assembly point in the parking lot.
If you are the victim of an accident on our premises, you must immediately report it and explain the circumstances surrounding the accident to our staff.
You are not allowed to smoke inside the facility.
8. Final provisions
The Management reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, current legislation and FITP regulations apply.
