WHITE AND SKY BLUE INTERNAL REGULATIONS

These regulations are intended for all Biancoceleste SSD rl clients who engage in sports activities at the Padel-Zenter Scalo Farini facility located at via Valtellina, 5, Milan, and are aimed at ensuring a safe, orderly, and respectful environment, allowing everyone to properly utilize the facilities. Access to the facility implies full acceptance of the following rules. In case of failure to comply, the client may be removed from our facility.

 

1.     Federation affiliation and medical certificate

The Company is affiliated with the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP) and conducts its activities in compliance with federal regulations.

To protect the health and safety of users, the practice of any sports activity is permitted exclusively to those who possess a valid medical certificate, in accordance with current legislation.

The certificate must be presented to the reception and may be requested by staff at any time.

In the absence thereof, the Management reserves the right to deny access to the courts.

 

2.     Use of changing rooms

Changing rooms are provided for clients exclusively to change and leave their personal belongings, in compliance with the instructions posted within them.

It is not permitted to change on the playing courts or in common areas, nor to bring jackets, bags, backpacks, or other personal items not necessary for sports activity onto the courts.

The Company is not responsible for any theft or loss of items left unattended.

 

3.     Behavior and compliance with rules

All clients are required to maintain correct, polite, and respectful behavior towards other users, staff, and the facilities.

Offensive or aggressive behavior, or behavior that compromises the safety and proper conduct of sports activities, is not permitted.

Appropriate attire is required.

It is mandatory to follow the instructions provided by the reception staff.

 

4.     Rental of rackets and sports equipment

The Sports Center provides a racket rental service for playing tennis, padel, and pickleball.

In the event of damage to rented rackets, the client will be required to pay 50% of their retail value, the price of which can be consulted at the reception and/or the shop located inside the facility.

To use the rental service, a valid identity document is required, to be left at the reception and which will be returned upon the return of the rackets.

 

5.     Use of playing courts

Access to the courts is permitted exclusively to users who are duly registered and have a booking.

It is mandatory to wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear suitable for the discipline practiced.

The courts must be used only for the intended sports activities and in compliance with the rules of the game.

 

6.     Bookings, packages, and punctuality

Compliance with booking times is required. Any delays do not entitle you to make up for lost playing time.

Cancellations must be communicated with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the booking time.

In case of failure to meet this deadline, full payment for the booked service will be due, without exception.

The purchase of lesson packages, single lessons, or other services with instructors implies acceptance of these regulations. No refunds of any kind are provided, neither total nor partial, for packages or lessons purchased, even in the event of total or partial non-use due to the client's personal reasons.

When purchasing a lesson package, the client may express a preference regarding the instructor; however, this preference is not binding. Packages and lessons purchased are not tied to a specific instructor, and the Center reserves the right to assign lessons to available instructors based on organizational and operational needs.

 

7.     Safety and liability

The Sports Center reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these regulations or adopts behavior that may put their own or others' safety at risk.

Since your safety is our top priority, we do not allow the use of tableware or glasses outside the bar area, except in cases where their use is authorized by us.

To safeguard the safety of all clients, it is mandatory to pay close attention to all health and safety signs placed in our facility. If you do not understand the meaning of a sign, please ask our staff.

Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the facility. In the event of a fire or alarm activation, please exit through the nearest exit and proceed to the assembly point located in the parking lot.

If you are the victim of an accident within our premises, you must immediately report it and explain the circumstances to our staff.

You are not permitted to smoke inside the facility. 

 

8.     Final provisions

The Management reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time.
