GIFT CARD

Regulation:

Padel Zenter Scalo Farini offers its customers the opportunity to purchase Gift Cards that can be used exclusively at the center, located at Via Valtellina n. 5, Milan, for lessons, court reservations, and other services provided exclusively within the center.

Gift Cards can be purchased exclusively at the center's reception and cannot be used at other locations, facilities, or affiliates, even if they are affiliated with the Padel Zenter brand.

Use is permitted only for services provided by Padel Zenter Scalo Farini, in compliance with the operating procedures, internal regulations, and court availability at the time of booking.

When purchasing the Gift Card , the customer is required to provide:

  1. your name;
  2. the name of the recipient of the Gift Card ;
  3. a telephone number and/or an email address of the buyer, for administrative and management communications purposes.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; after this period, the Gift Card will lose all validity and cannot be used in any way.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, either in whole or in part, and cannot be converted into cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards .

Only the name of the beneficiary can be changed, subject to prior notification to the center's secretariat. The Gift Card's validity and conditions of use remain unchanged.
